I am excited to share this video I recently watched. I admire Matt Kahn’s teachings because they deeply resonate with me. This one is a MUST watch/listen. In my Yoga and Meditation classes, I always remind people the importance of BREATH. My mantra is: Breath is Life. I found out through my own experience what breath means and does. I love how Matt explains why people experience different emotions, like anger. That they are not satisfied with their lives, because they are not aligned with their breath. This video explains the power of breath and the love within the experience. Anyone who is looking for change in life––any change, the only change you need is to change how you breathe. IT WORKS! I remember when my yoga teacher said, many years ago, “When you breathe deeply and you will be aware of your breath, and your body will go in to a natural state of being, which is health, wellness, radiance, healthy skin, mental and emotional balance.” Our body is designed to be all that when we treat it with respect, and we give ourselves time to be aware of the GIFT OF BREATH that was given to us at the birth and will be taken away at our death. In my yoga classes, I also remind people "shallow breath, shallow life" it is one of the most important reminders I like to give to everyone who comes to me for energy healing and yoga classes.
