I went through a Spiritual Awakening nine years ago. It was not easy to go through all the changes, however, it was needed and rewarding. It takes courage to go through the process. I had to let go of what was familiar to me and embrace the new. I had to change my diet, not go to places I used to go, cut down my working hours, stop watching TV...my body could not accept "the old" anymore. After I let go I felt urge to create, paint, make jewellery...I needed more rest, be in nature, close to the water. I could not resist my Truth anymore, it was pushing me hard. Now I see what was happening then, I did not fully understand. Through yoga, meditation, and energy healing, I returned to my natural state of being and I felt more balanced. Because I changed I have no need to change anything in My World.
My message to you is: Be willing to change, embrace the new and be gentle with yourself through the process.
What is meditation for?
Buddha was asked: "What have you gained from meditation?"
He replied" "Nothing! However, let me tell you what I lost: Anger, Anxiety, Depression, Insecurity, Fear of Old Age and Death."
My passion is to inspire people to see their true Self, their true potential, and the gifts they were born with so they can share them with humanity. It is how we can create a perfect picture of life on the planet Earth, our home. Because every human being is the perfect piece of the puzzle, that is equally needed for the picture to be complete.
