Soul dance, Kundalini yoga and Meditation private classes
Soul Dance is a free form of dance; soul expression. It is a meditative, sacred body movement. Every person has a unique soul imprint, it is why we look different, even though we have many similarities. Our body language is also a different and unique expression of who we are. The purpose of soul dance is to feel the freedom of movement, which positively imprints on our cellular memory. It is designed for us to remember our birthright, which is freedom of expression and joy that comes through dance. With free movement practice, we balance our body on all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. And not only that, it is also great fun and an expression of feminine, creative energy, which resides within all of us.
Yoga/Meditation. Yoga means the unity of body, mind and spirit. Kundalini yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual discipline for enhancing awareness. It focuses on the expansion of sensory awareness and intuition in order to raise individual consciousness.
Kundalini yoga consists of asana kriyas, pranayama, and meditation. At its highest form, it is practiced for the purpose of bliss, opening the heart center, developing strength, attaining self-realization, and ultimately merging into higher consciousness. I found yoga and meditation as an evolutionary way to build strength, increase flexibility, create a healthy life balance, and peaceful mind. My intention is for those who come to my classes to experience great harmony, peace, clarity, and love in everyday life.
